He initially is a myth that turns into a reality once enough mortal beings start believing in him. Raldev comes into existence along with metaphysical afterlife called Hell based on planet Saki.
He allows people to live an afterlife full of pleasures and all the luxuries of life they can think of at will until they were ready to move on to the next life.
