Two guys at a railway station had an unusual relationship. They knew nothing about each other except for the fact that both took the same train to work.

They always stood on opposite sides of a track waiting for a packed train to arrive. The arriving train used to be so full that, by rule, one of the two used to be left behind. The losing guy was almost always the one swimming upstream. The guy winning often used to mock the losing guy after boarding the train.

Until the other guy stopped coming to the station. Realizing this, the guy on the train took pride in knowing that the other guy had accepted his defeat.

As it turns out, the other guy bought himself a bike to commute to and from work. This might not seem much of an achievement. But let me tell you this…

Changing his lifestyle might have changed his mentality to stop following the path of the crowd and instead work to forge his own destiny.
