What if God asks you after you die, “So how was heaven?”
This indeed is a deep thought that one must think about. But usually what this line intends is to make you feel want to preserve the beauty of the planet that we live on. But, can I consider this line in a literal sense. Is it possible that the world we currently are living in is actually the heaven?
Imagine a huge company that runs the universe. Among the billions and trillions of employees that do their daily job, you are one of them.
As a routine you work on the task assigned to you. Maybe your job is to catalog the names of all the souls that are born on a specific planet allotted to you. Each and every moment that you exist, all you do is add names to the list. That’s your job and that is what you do for eternity. One fine day you wish to, for once, to be the name added to the list rather than the person making the list. You make your leave application and submit to your boss. The application gets approved and now you are about to go on a holiday.
In this scenario you are not packing bags or booking flight tickets or hotel rooms. Here you get to choose the life you would wish to live during your vacation.
Finally you are born and you live your life not knowing the work load that is waiting for you when you return. But it’s okay, you lived your life to the fullest capacity and you have no regrets. When you return you are full of energy and resume your work with full excitement. (while secretly planning your next vacation.)
My concern here is; if this scenario is true, who in their right mind would want to end their vacation early? Why?!
