YUVIAN CALENDAR

The Yuvian calendar is the compilation of the full timeline of the Yuv species for as long as it existed on Yugae planet. They mark the beginning of narrative life on Yugae that lasted for 20 millennia. After that they didn’t get extinct but evolved to become a part of a larger universe community. By then they had changed so much that they couldn’t be categorized as Yuv and so the Yuvian calendar ended.

The calendar is timed based on the Yuvian Time Keeping system.

10TH PRE-MILLENNIUM – Prasthayi

  • Superior intelligent humanoid beings with pre-fed knowledge were born. They called themselves Prasthayi.
  • Using their knowledge they built a peaceful community from the limited population that existed.
  • They are credited with creation of crops, animals and advanced technology, etc.
  • Prasthayi became a futuristic civilization with capability of doing anything while being grounded to the planet. They were only a little short of being as intelligent as their creators.
  • Animals that were created as a source of food evolved wildly and the resulted monsters started killing Prasthayi.

9TH PRE-MILLENNIUM – Savage

  • The monsters that were created depleted the Prasthayi population and destroyed almost all that they built.
  • This led to creation of the Yuv species. They were created in the image of Prasthayi, but with ability of reproduction and subjected to the cycle of birth and death.
  • The Yuv species were good at adapting and so they started fighting back with these monsters.
  • The monsters didn’t last long as they couldn’t adapt to the changing climate and so they went extinct while leaving less lethal versions of themselves behind.

8TH PRE-MILLENNIUM – Communities

  • Once the Yuv got control over their situation. They no longer needed to be hunters and wanderers. So they decided to settle down.
  • Small communities were formed around the world.
  • The lifestyle wasn’t as lavish as their creators due to less advanced knowledge of technology.
  • These peaceful groups slowly occupied the entire landmass of the planet.

  • For the kings this was practically a game to display their power and dominance.

5TH PRE-MILLENNIUM – Dharma War

  • There was a steep rise in the frequency of wars and suddenly this game became very serious.
  • Manipulating ancient knowledge the kings were able to create much lethal weapons. These were worst than the 21st century nuclear bombs.
  • The war ended with a deadly weapon was unleashed that shook the entire planet, changing the landscape entirely.
  • It took those that survived, the rest of the millennium to recover from this tragedy
  • Result of this tragedy all of the ancient knowledge and history was lost. Anything that survived was burned to ash.
  • What remained were stories and in all of them, this period was referred to as the Dharma war.

4TH PRE-MILLENNIUM – Nations

  • Communities all over the world were rebuilt but this time with group of people running the system instead of one.
  • Nations were formed instead of kingdoms and alliances were made.
  • Conflicts were resolved by verbal argument and voting.

3RD PRE-MILLENNIUM – Stories

  • At this point of time, what happened during or prior to the great religion war was all forgotten. Those generations that witnessed the war never spoke about it.
  • While researching about their history the most impossible discoveries were made.
  • So to make sense of all this people made-up stories of gods and monsters. Usually these stories had moral values attached to them.

2ND PRE-MILLENNIUM – Art

  • Art was always a part of every culture that came before. But it is this time when people started taking it up as a profession.

  • First world map was made, which included only the main land and a couple of islands.

1ST MILLENNIUM – Science

  • The spread of art led to rise of communication and logical reasoning.
  • Now people didn’t fight over difference of opinion, instead they argued about it. This began the time of science.
  • A very significant event had occurred at the beginning of this millennium that marked the beginning of a global calendar.

2ND MILLENNIUM – Technology

  • People started applying this science to day to day life leading to the rise in technology.

  • Creating a bubble universe of their own people started living infinite lives in one lifetime. This didn’t last long.

9TH MILLENNIUM – Gods

  • The simulated world bled in the real world and some of the beings became gods re-writing the nature of reality.
  • All the planets and other rocky objects of the solar system were made habitable and people started living there.

10TH MILLENNIUM – Chaos

  • After occupying the entire solar system and having the knowledge of gods they were finally ready to escape the solar system.
  • After a millennium long effort they finally managed that. But the way in which that happened was very chaotic.

The end of the this millennium happens with the proverbial hatching of the egg. That’s when the Yuvians realize that they are not alone in the universe. This entire millennium was dedicated to leaving the solar system and at the end, the god himself made an appearance to reveal the truth to the people in an event called Just Another Normal Day.
